A welcome reception is scheduled for Monday evening, 6th November.
Those will be held at "Katahira Hagi Hall", where is around 2 km away from the main venue of ISEM2017 "Sakura Hall".
The participation fee is included in all type of the registration.
Unfortunately, a project of a fireworks display during the welcome reception was canceled.
