Welcome Reception
A welcome reception is scheduled for Monday 18:00-20:00, 18 November at the reception room (2nd floor of the Hitotsubashi hall).
Light meals will be served in a buffet style. Halal-friendly and vegetarian meals will also be served.
Excursion to Tokyo Digital Art
The excursion to TeamLab BORDERLESS: MORI Building DIGITAL ART MUSEUM has been changed to TeamLab Planets TOKYO. ISEM2024 Executive Committee appreciates your understanding of this change.
The ISEM2024 Executive Committee is planning an excursion to one of the most exciting digital art collectives in Tokyo, TeamLab Planets TOKYO.
In order to secure tickets, the deadline to register for the excursion is the end of September.
Please make your own way from the conference venue to TeamLab Planets TOKYO.

Tickets and admission
- Please arrive at the venue and line up in the entrance line in time within the time stated on the ticket.
- Re-entry is not permitted. Please note that your ticket cannot be refunded once you have entered.
About the site
- The museum is experienced barefoot. Please remove all shoes, sandals and other footwear before entering.
- There is water in certain areas. Water levels can rise to knee height even for adults.
- If your clothing gets wet, the staff in the museum will ask you to change. For safety reasons, the teamLab Planets cannot allow entry into the next artwork with wet clothes. If you do not have a change of clothes, the teamLab Planets have towels available to rent. Please wipe off your wet clothes before entering the next artwork.
- There are areas with mirrored floors. Please note that your underwear may reflect onto the mirrored surface if you are wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants.
- Shorts may be rented for free. Please inform the staff in the museum if you require a pair and return the shorts on your way out. Sizes run from XS to 6L.
About baggage
- Bringing personal belongings into the artwork spaces is prohibited. If you need to carry necessary items with you for any reason, please consult with the staff in the museum.
- Free lockers are provided. After you pass the entrance gate, you can put your baggage in the locker.

- The teamLab Planets cannot supervise baggage larger than the above size. Please understand beforehand that suitcases with sizes exceeding the above size will be managed with a wire lock in the stroller storage area.
Other
- The teamLab Planets cannot be held liable for any visitor's personal injury, loss, or other problems occurring here.
The following is prohibited

Being drunk or rude.
- Eating, drinking, or smoking on site.
- Dangerous items or any items judged inappropriate by the management staff.
- Taking videos or photos to be used for commercial purposes, without prior consent.
- All animals including service dogs.
Gala Dinner
A Gala Dinner is scheduled for Thursday evening (18:30-20:30), November 21, 2024 at GakushiKaikan (学士会館).
The banquet venue is very close to the Hitotsubashi Hall.
